Exchange Policy

Dear our valued customer, please read and understand the exchange policy before issuing order ^_^

1. The exchange ONLY applicable to defective item.
2. Customer has to report it to agent within 2 days after receiving the merchandise.
3. The report MUST include the photograph of the merchandise and the packing box.
4. Non refundable applied. However, customer can exchange with the same value of product.
5. If variance in term of size and reported within 2 days, exchange service could be provided whereby our value customer just need to pay the postal fee.
