Exchange Policy
Dear our valued customer, please read and understand the exchange policy before issuing order ^_^
- The exchange ONLY applicable to defective item.
- Customer has to report it to agent within 2 days after receiving the merchandise.
- The report MUST include the photograph of the merchandise and the packing box.
- Non refundable applied. However, customer can exchange with the same value of product.
- If variance in term of size and reported within 2 days, exchange service could be provided whereby our value customer just need to pay the postal fee.
